The high school students who attend the Next Generation Leaders Forum are many of the highest potential youth in the world, and the next leaders of industry and society.

Participants face real business challenges and develop strategies in collaboration with their global peers, University faculty and Industry volunteers. The experiences prepare them with leadership skills so they can lead organizations of the future.
